For the majority of history, seasonal eating wasn’t a choice, it was the ONLY option!

Advances in science and technology have allowed us to ship tropical fruits internationally throughout the year, but at what price? My goal for this focus group is to help you understand the downfalls of shopping out of season, while simultaneously understanding the perks of choosing in-season fruits and veggies.

By the time we wrap up this experience, it’s my hope that you’ll be more knowledgeable in your understanding of how your food gets to you, and feel more confident in picking out your items at the grocery store.
